Bench vice for precision machining

The HEUER bench vice is made of steel with drop forged clamping jaws.BOSCO Storage Solutions is now distributing a German-made bench vice for precision machining of sensitive work pieces.
The HEUER bench vice is made of steel with drop forged clamping jaws. Integrated narrow guides are said to allow an enhanced clamping depth, while an internal dual-prism guide track protects against damage and fouling.
According to the distributor, the smooth functioning of the guide rails allow for better precision when working on sensitive parts. This precision is also enhanced by the protected precision spindle bearing, double-action trapezoid thread and adjustable centrally located guide.
The vice can be used in conjunction with various accessories from the same manufacturer. These add functions like height adjustment, portability, rotation, and jaw replacement.
