Call for light metals papers extended

Authors and presenters are invited to write about a variety of light metals topics such as the changing nature of the industry, innovation, applications, manufacturing techniques, technologies, and surface modification.THE ORGANISERS of the Light Metals Technology Conference 2009 (LMT2009) have extended the deadline for their call of papers to the end of September 2008.
Specifically, the 400-word abstracts of the papers are now due on 30 September 2008, while the full papers should be lodged by 15 January 2009.
Authors and presenters are invited to write about a variety of light metals topics such as the changing nature of the industry, innovation, applications, manufacturing techniques, technologies, and surface modification.
Depending on the abstract, the paper may be chosen to be presented orally or in poster form at the three-day conference.
