Machine vice compatible with various accessories
ROMHELD Automation is distributing a range of mechanical-hydraulic machine vices for everyday clamping tasks.
The EuroLine series has a revised power transmission system which is said to require minimum effort on the crank handle. Units within the range come in sizes of 100mm, 125mm and 160mm, with clamp force up to 50kN.
The series of vices are said to be affordable, and can be used with the Hilma range of interchangeable jaws and accessories.
According to the distributor, the vices can be used for tool making, mould making and production applications. They can also be incorporated into the construction of jigs and fixtures.
The vices come standard with a set of plain and serrated reversible jaws, crank handle and manual. An optional selector allows the operator to ramp up the required clamp force in six stages.
Romheld Automation distributes Hilma vices and a full range of high performance workholding equipment, throughout Australia and New Zealand.
