Micro drill precision air chuck

NORTHFIELD Precision has released a precision air chuck with jaws made of air hardening tool steel.
The Model 450 precision air chuck grips 31mm shank carbide micro drills and Roger Tool Works grind flutes with diameters down to 0.5mm. It is capable of drilling speeds of 100,000rpm.
Northfield Precision designs and manufactures work holding precision pneumatic air and diaphragm chucks for lathes, boring machines, and grinders. It also offers custom work holding chucks and jaws.
