Punch press does a variety of metal working operations

The Pullmatic has an advanced punch control unit (PCU) for forming and bending operations normally performed on a press brake.POWER Machinery is now distributing the Pullmax Pullmatic Punch Press, said to punch, form, bend, mark, tap and cut within one cycle.
The machine, designed in Sweden, can be supplied with automated material handling for full-time unmanned production. Each of the 20 tools rotates up to 360 degrees, and sheet metal can be bent up to 75mm high.
The Pullmatic has an advanced punch control unit (PCU) for forming and bending operations normally performed on a press brake.
The 20-station rotating tool magazine can hold up to 200 tools, and the machine is said to keep material wastage down to a minimum.
Internal as well as external bends can be formed on the parts. Brackets, electronic chassis and assemblies can be produced without additional operations on other machines.
According to Power Machinery, the machine represents substantial cost savings where compared to other systems such as laser cutters, and eliminate extra handling.
