BIELOMATIK says it will be presenting a minimal quantity lubrication system for the metal-cutting industry at METAV 2010 from 23 to 27 February, in Dusseldorf Germany.

According to Bielomatik, it will be exhibiting at the VDW’s (German Machine Tool Builders’ Assocation) joint stand, which is the organizer for the event. METAV is an International Fair for Manufacturing Technology and Automation.

The Bielomatik minimal quantity lubrication system is said to not only deliver shorter cycle times and improved surface finish, it can also cut machining costs by 15%.

Bielomatik says its minimal quantity lubrication system allows ultra-fine dosing to ensure longer tool life in addition to optimised machining processes.
