REX-CUT has released a line of hand finishing sticks for maintaining tools, moulds and dies.
The Cotton Fibre Finishing Sticks come in round and square forms, and are said to provide controlled one-step deburring and finishing by hand. They are suitable for removing mould lines, repairing and cleaning machined and cast metal parts.
The products feature reinforced non-woven cotton-fibre layers with aluminium oxide or silicon carbide abrasives which are bonded and pressed together.
Grain sizes from 24 to 320 are available, along with soft, medium and hard bonds.
