Aerospace manufacturer spends millions on waterjets

The specific financial terms of the contract are not known, but the company will make and install multiple units of their Composite Machining Centre abrasive waterjet and routing machine tools in Airbus’ facilities.
The waterjets will be used to manufacture the Airbus A350 XWB aircraft. They will cut and trim the wings, fuselage, wing spars, keel beam and other parts.
