Micro-abrasive blaster

COMCO has released its micro-abrasive blaster which mixes air and powder for deburring, cleaning and texturing small parts.
According to the company, micro-abrasive blasting is cost-efficient and environmentally friendly.
The AccuFlo blaster is equipped with the company’s Simoom Technology, which mixes air and abrasive to improve flow consistency.
The manufacturer claims the technology results in tighter control over the volume of powder flowing through the machine. This control gives it the flexibility for multiple applications, as well as an increased powder flow to complete tasks faster.
The blaster has an ergonomic handpiece which is said to be comfortable to use. A media tank with a clear top allows users to check the powder level, while LCD counters keep track of blast cycles and hours of use.
