Turnkey thread verification suited for flexible applications

The TVM-SC is said to be suited for both high and low volume demand, and is capable of dealing with high production speeds.NEW Vista has released a turnkey thread verification module for inspecting internal and external threads in production parts.
The TVM-SC is said to be suited for both high and low volume demand, and is capable of dealing with high production speeds.
The machine can check thread size, depth and quality. It tests the part by powering a gauge probe into and back out of a thread. It is capable of GO gauging, NO GO gauging and combination gauging.
The units come with torque from 9m per kg to 224m per kg, and can inspect threads classified M3 to M50.
According to the company, its verification modules are suited for applications where there is a variety of part types and thread sizes. Threads are checked successively, with each check taking two seconds.
