IMTS Laser Specialists has announced the availability of PRIMA’s new ultra fast, cost effective laser system, the Zaphiro to the Australian/New Zealand sheet metal industry.
According to IMTS, the new laser system by PRIMA INDUSTRIE is suitable for in-house manufacturers and job shops which not only rely on speed and accuracy for profitability, but are also looking at ongoing operating costs and reducing carbon footprint.
The industrial laser optics supplier says the Zaphiro laser system designed and built in Europe, features a built-in polymer concrete base to eliminate special foundation requirements, and a Zero Emission System to shrink your imprint on the environment.
The newest 2D laser cutting machine from PRIMA INDUSTRIE’s includes linear motors, P30L CNC with 17” colour touch screen and integrated trackball, 5kW laser resonator, and an innovative Perfect Cut system.
The Zaphiro laser system is equipped with a magnetic bearing turbine and utilises 3 axis flying optics with BCS for accuracy.
