Lincoln Electric releases two new push-pull welding guns

LINCOLN Electric has launched two new premium push-pull welding guns models, the Panther and Cougar for demanding aluminium fabrication and production welding environments.

According to Lincoln Electric, both guns offer fatigue-reducing features, better protection and wear-resistant security, as well as fast easy wire or drive roll changeover and easy repair features.

The Panther semiautomatic, gooseneck-style welding guns are said to offer smooth wire feeding performance with exclusive dual-driven rolls for added pulling power without damaging the wire. It also features a full-length internal wire conduit to minimize aluminium wire shaving.

Lincoln says the Cougar is a semiautomatic welding gun intended for operators who prefer an upright pistol grip. The refined wire feed speed adjustment features a multi-turn potentiometer which allows both left- and right-handed operators to make precise wire feed speed changes.
