ISCAR has released a new H600 WXCU 0403 insert for its Helido Upfeed line of high-feed milling tools.
The H600 WXCU 0403 insert is designed to be firmly clamped into the dovetail pocket of 16 and 20mm diameter tools.
According to Iscar, the H600 WXCU 0403 insert is available in Sumo Tec grades and with various rake angles, allowing to be used on a range of materials and applications.
The Iscar Helido Upfeed line of tools are said to be designed for stability during high-feed machining, even for long-overhang applications.
All of the cutters have coolant holes to increase performance and tool life during high-feed milling, ramping, plunging and helical interpolation applications. Iscar says the tools and inserts are suited for machining narrow cavities in die and mould production.
