BEE Engineering is offering a range of metalworking services including metal stamping, injection moulding, springs, wire forming and assembly, and laser cutting.
These services could be useful to companies who do not require regular metal tooling or do not have their own in-house metalworking equipment.
According to the company, its metal stamping facilities include 16 presses and fully automated lines capable of loads from five tonnes to 180 tonnes.
The facility offers allows for full project management by offering service of assembly to stamped products. Qualified toolmakers operate the stamping facility and a tool room provides tooling for stamped parts. This is said to ensure all components are manufactured within specified tolerances.
The company also manufactures a variety of springs, from compression springs to torsion and constant force springs. Springs can be manufactured with a variety of ends such as double hooks, single hooks, swivel hooks, and extended hooks.
