DYE Machinery is distributing Lazer Safe's block laser guarding system for use with its press brakes.
The block laser guarding system is suitable for the Dye NGX 110t press brake. It is said to have a new digital enhancement for bend angle confirmation.
According to the company, this guarding and angle measurement technology will soon be available with all its machines. The system will also feature data transfer to the Cybelec controller with automatic bend correction when it is released later in 2008.
The system has 2mm change of speed point, features bend angle confirmation of programmed fold via high speed digital image processing, automatic set-up with auto-align function, and enhanced operator security with tool clash and tool damage protection.
