POWER Machinery claims its Schlebach MSS1250 is the most economical cut-to-length and slitting machine available for large volumes or long blanks.
The Schlebach MSS1250 is suited for roofing and cladding. It can slit the coils to width then cut them to length.
The Schlebach MSS1250 can produce up to 2000 highly accurate and clean blanks in an hour. The MSS1250 with a Rotary Shear can de-coil up to 4.5 tonnes of metal, slitting and cutting mild steel up to 1.2mm thick and 1250mm wide.
Power Machinery also offers the KONI 2000, which is a slight variation of the MSS1250. The KONI 2000 can automatically produce slit tapered pieces from coil at speeds of up to 20m per minute, making it suited for certain flashing and capping products.
