STAFFORD Manufacturing has released a line of steel shaft collars that can be welded to create custom components.
THE weldable shaft collars are machined from AISI 1018 steel, allowing them to be welded by all welding processes.
Custom mechanical and structural components that can be created by welding the collars include lever arms, brackets, supports and adjustable sprocket mounts.
The collars come in one or two piece styles, and sizes range from 0.63cm to 15.24cm.
